Do you want to know how much benzene (or any other regulated contaminant) is allowable in your drinking water? That information is available under Title 18 (Environmental Quality) of the Arizona Administrative Code which is online at the Arizona Secretary of State web page.
If you have specific questions about radon, you can find answers at the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency site.
You can also find state-wide air and water quality information, and recycling program information at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) website.
