City of Tucson Releases RFP for Community Development

The City of Tucson Housing and Community Development Department is accepting proposals to support Community Facility projects which advance City of Tucson P-CHIP goals by:

  • Providing educational, health, recreational, social, or other eligible activities and services for low-/moderate-income persons
  • Facilitating health, recreational, safety, or other eligible infrastructure activities in predominantly low-/moderate-income areas of the City
    Eligible applicants include City of Tucson Departments and not-for-profit organizations.

Applications are due on or before 11:59 p.m., Arizona time on February 13, 2023.

Pre-Proposal Conference

The City of Tucson will conduct a virtual pre-proposal conference from 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m., Arizona time on January 31, 2023. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to attend.

The pre-proposal conference will be recorded and uploaded at https://p-chip.tucsonaz.gov/pages/call-for-projects for on-demand viewing within two business days following the event.
