Results from most recent Request for Proposals

A recent Request for Proposals closed on February 28, 2020, and the results are indicated below:

Newport SW, LLC received a contingent award of 19 vouchers for the Newport at the Rodeo project. The project did not receive the 2020 LIHTC award.

Results from previous Requests for Proposals

• Newport SW, LLC received a contingent award of 19 vouchers for the Newport at the Rodeo project
• An application from La Frontera has received a preliminary award for Storacle Point Apartments for 54 vouchers.
• Rally Point Apartments was awarded 30 Project Based Vouchers based on its previous competitive LIHTC award.
• Esperanza En Escalante was awarded 40 Project Based Vouchers based on its previous Pima County Affordable Housing G.O. Bond Award.
• Alvord Court Apartments was awarded 14 Project Based Vouchers based on its previous competitive award of HOME funds by the Arizona Department of Housing.
• West End Station received a contingent award of 56 Project Based Vouchers.

• Miracle Point Apartments received a contingent award of 40 Project Based Vouchers.
• Marist at Cathedral Square rescinded their PBV application.
• La Frontera received a contingent award of 20 project based vouchers for the Park Point Homes Project. The project did not receive a 2018 LIHTC award.
• La Frontera received a contingent award of 60 project based vouchers fo the Alborada Apartments. The project did not receive a 2018 LIHTC award.
• Gorman & Associates received a contingent award of 44 project based vouchers for the Esparanza En Escalante Supportive II Project.
• Family Housing Resources received a contingent award of 25 project based vouchers for the Talavera Apartments project
• Newport SW LLC received a contingent award for 10 project based vouchers for the Newport at Amphi project.
• LaFrontera received a contingent award of 31 project based vouchers for its recently redesigned Alborada Apartments project.
