A dog park is a designated, fenced, off-leash dog area which allows dogs to run freely and socialize with other dogs while being supervised by their owners. The City of Tucson operates and maintains 9 dog parks. Dog parks are located throughout the City and offer man’s best friend and their owners a chance to socialize and enjoy our parks.
Seven of the dog park sites are divided into separate areas for large and small dogs and some dog parks feature dog training areas. Amenities vary by location. There is no charge to use a City of Tucson dog park.
Dog owners are expected to follow posted Rules and Regulations at each site, pick up after their pets, and maintain control of their pets at all times.
In response to requests from patrons, there is no smoking allowed in dog parks.
