Marijuana Expungement Forms
The Arizona Supreme Court has adopted petition forms and instructions for people to use to petition the court for an expungement order. These forms should not be filed before the July 12, 2021 effective date. Forms and instructions can be accessed here: https://www.azcourts.gov/prop207

Appearing on Active Warrants
Defendants residing within the State of Arizona are expected to appear in person at Tucson City Court to satisfy warrants issued by this court.
To be scheduled for a Motion to Quash hearing to resolve the warrant(s), please report to Public Services lobby, room 104, between the hours 8:00am - 4:30 pm, Monday thru Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: WARRANT(S) WILL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT UNTIL A JUDICIAL OFFICER ORDERS THAT ANY WARRANT(S) BE QUASHED AT THE TIME OF THE HEARING ON THE MOTION TO QUASH.
THE COURT RESERVES THE OPTION OF CLOSING OR CANCELING SESSIONS DUE TO OVER-CROWDING OR SCHEDULING CONFLICTS.
