Defendants residing within the state of Arizona are expected to appear in person at Tucson City Court to satisfy warrants issued by this court. Warrant Court is in session only in the afternoon, 2:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

To be scheduled for court and seen by 4:30 PM -- please report to Public Services lobby, room 104, no later than 3:45 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: WARRANT COURT IS NOT IN SESSION ON FRIDAYS.

THE COURT RESERVES THE OPTION OF CLOSING OR CANCELING SESSIONS DUE TO OVER-CROWDING OR SCHEDULING CONFLICTS.

THE JUDGE ASSIGNED TO WARRANT COURT HAS ADDITIONAL DUTIES. YOU MAY EXPERIENCE A SIGNIFICANT WAIT TIME.

Courthouse is open Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you are seeking information, would like to make a payment, requesting more time or submitting documents, please go to Public Services lobby, room 104, by no later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday.

Tucson City Court, in cooperation with Pima County Consolidated Justice Court, offers extended customer service hours on: July 17th from 5:00-7:00 pm and August 14 from 5:00-7:00 pm. Parties wishing to take advantage of these extended hours on the above dates should appear at 240 N Stone (Pima County Consolidated Justice Court) and NOT at Tucson City Court. Available services include quashing warrants, setting payment plans, making payments, filing for extensions, submitting various documents and scheduling court dates.

Once authorized by a judge, refunds are mailed within 30 days of the judicial order.

You will make a request to the Court for more time to attend Defensive Driving School on or before your appearance date:

When you complete your class at an Arizona Supreme Court certified school, the school will notify the court and your charge will be dismissed. For further questions, call the Court at (520) 791-4216.

Request an Order of Protection. Call Court Information at (520)791-4971 or come to the Court at 103 E Alameda, 1st floor, Room 119. Orders are issued Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. After normal business hours, please call Emerge at (520) 881-7201.

Emergency orders of protection are available after normal business hours by calling – 911
