I have an old ticket - how do I get my license back?

If you are local, you may pay by phone, on-line, by mail or in-person.

I have a warrant, what do I do?

A: To quash a warrant, you must appear for a Motion to Quash hearing. Warrants are no longer quashed on the same day. Defendants residing within the state of Arizona are expected to appear in person at Tucson City Court to request a motion to quash in room 104 for warrants issued by this court. If you are unable to attend in person and you live outside of Tucson City Limits, you may contact the court and request a motion to quash hearing by emailing tccweb@courts.az.gov and providing your full name, full date of birth, current mailing address and current phone number.

 

What do I need to bring to Court?

  • Proper Identification (government-issued identification card)
  • Copy of citation
  • Appearance letter or court documents
  • Court receipts relating to your case – bond receipts, payment receipts, etc.
  • Paperwork showing compliance with judicial orders and/or sentencing
  • Cash or credit card to pay fines/fees (VISA, MasterCard, Discover accepted)
  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED FOR CASES IN DEFAULT OR WARRANT STATUS
  • Provide your current address
  • Appropriate dress attire is required -- shoes and shirts are mandatory

When is my court date?

Refer to the citation, court document, court web site, or call Court Information at (520) 791-4216.

How do I get a refund on my bond?

Once authorized by a judge, refunds are mailed within 30 days of the judicial order.

I need more time to complete Defensive Driving School, what do I need to do?

When you complete your class at an Arizona Supreme Court certified school, the school will notify the court and your charge will be dismissed. For further questions, call the Court at (520) 791-4216 or email tccweb@courts.az.gov.

When emailing make sure to provide full name and date of birth to ensure we locate your case properly.

 

 

I went to the Defensive Driving School, now what happens?

How do I get protection from my violent spouse or partner?

Request an Order of Protection. Call Court Information at (520)791-4971 or come to the Court at 103 E Alameda, 1st floor, Room 119. Orders are issued Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. After normal business hours, please call Emerge at (520) 881-7201.

Emergency orders of protection are available after normal business hours by calling – 911

Can I stop threats from my neighbor/acquaintance/coworker, etc.?

Request an Injunction Against Harassment. Call (520) 791-4971 or come to Court at 103 E. Alameda, 1st floor, Room 119, Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
