The City of Tucson Public Defender's Office is appointed by the Court on a case-by-case basis to represent indigent persons who are facing criminal prosecution in Tucson City Court.
Our mission is to provide highly skilled and competent legal representation to protect the fundamental rights of all individuals by vigorously and effectively representing indigent persons who have been determined by the Court to be eligible for our services.
